As a Colorado Springs realtor I believe relationships are what life is all about. This applies to all areas of my life and work is certainly no exception.

I have been licensed in real estate since 1985. My first 11 years were focused exclusively on Commercial Real Estate in Dallas, TX. My area of specialty was office leasing. The CEO’s and CFO’s of these corporations trusted me to coordinate and negotiate the second largest expense item any company undertakes: rent.

The next phase of my life was a bigger challenge: motherhood and family life, combined with relocation to Colorado Springs. I was ready for a lifestyle change and so I gave up my real estate partnership in 1995 and moved to Colorado Springs. Motherhood has been the best job yet and by far the hardest. I really honed my organizational skills and my multi-tasking abilities.

I later expanded my job to include real estate, this time with a residential focus. I am a member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I am a licensed Realtor with The Platinum Group Realtors, known for having top-producing agents in our market. I have a GRI designation which stands for Graduate REALTOR Institute. This speaks to my commitment to the business and adds my name to a list of only 13% of Realtors who achieve this further level of real estate knowledge.

Combining all of these life experiences with my various professional strengths along with a commitment to service has produced satisfying results for both my clients and I.
